Cox Automotive has announced its fifth annual Insight Report will be published on 26th October.
The automotive services business has once again partnered with professional services advisor Grant Thornton to produce the in-depth report.
This year’s report includes Cox Automotive’s latest new and used car forecasts for the UK, including a detailed month-by-month breakdown for 2024, and a look ahead at predictions for 2025, 2028, and 2033.
It also shares detailed analysis and commentary on the two most significant challenges impacting the European automotive sector today: the changing face of automotive retail, and the push towards zero emission motoring.
To mark the launch, Cox Automotive’s Insight Director, Philip Nothard, and Grant Thornton’s Owen Edwards, Head of Downstream Automotive, will co-host a webinar to share their standout headlines and analysis. The webinar will take place on Thursday 26th October at 11:00.
Philip Nothard, Insight Director at Cox Automotive and lead author of the report comments: “Automotive is in the eye of a transformational storm. It’s an exciting, complex and influential time and staying on top of the detail and data is an important job. Our fifth annual Insight Report takes a comprehensive look at the two most significant trends impacting the new and used markets in Europe today, providing valuable context and explaining their likely influence.
“Once again, we have collaborated with Grant Thornton and captured the views of many of those operating at the sharp end of the sector, including manufacturers, fleets and retailers. The launch webinar will give attendees a summary of the factors driving this transformation and help them to get the most out of the full report. Plus, for the first time, I’ll be sharing Cox Automotive’s forecasts for the new and used car markets in 2024 and beyond. It promises to be 90 minutes well spent.”
