Our two-year apprenticeship programme offers you an opportunity to develop your personal and practical skills alongside academic learning. Our Cali Academies learning and development programme is designed to help you bring out the best in you.

Placements
Are you looking for a year of real-world experience in a modern technology business? We offer the right people the opportunity to a fast-track induction to join our delivery teams. This opportunity will help you grow both your knowledge and skills, setting you up for your final year of study. Working in small teams with a great culture, you'll be deploying production code before you know it. After completing their degrees, many of our placement students return as full-time employees - this could be you!

I'm in the second year of a three-year motor vehicle service and maintenance apprenticeship. No two days are the same as we do such a wide range of tasks. Automotive is seen as such a male-dominated space but that's changing. If you're considering doing an apprenticeship, I'd highly recommend it. You'll be pleasantly surprised.
I'd found it hard to find a job as I had limited qualifications. The customer service practitioner apprenticeship was perfect, a chance to learn and get qualifications too. I'm now doing a team leader apprenticeship, putting my skills to use through on-the-job training. Working here is like being part of a family.
