An inclusive movement
Women With Drive exists to celebrate the work of women in the automotive industry. Since launching on International Women’s Day 2016, our regular events have empowered women and men in the Cox Automotive team, championing equality and ambition both in and out of the workplace.
Woman of the Year award
The highlight of our events calendar. Each year we give the Barbara Cox Woman of the Year award to an outstanding person who gives to their community, inspires others through great leadership, and advances the automotive industry.
